Beijing Woodward

Just found these pics on Kickerclub.com – the Woodward skatepark that’s been in development here for a while is now starting to take shape. I’m a terrible skater, but I’m pretty sure if you can skate then this basically looks like heaven. It appears every single square centimeter of floor space is skateable, and you could probably link up a run that included the whole park and went on for days.

Apparently the last one is a kicker to foam pit, although the landing doesn’t look too soft yet…. you can check out some of the dudes [including Neal Hendrix] getting a session in on the mini ramps/half pipes here.
